Web application for Noah Logistics that runs the whole vehicle registry — from US auction to port delivery — with a personal cabinet for every dealer and the VIN search on the website.
Noah Logistics ships cars bought at US auctions to Georgia and Azerbaijan for dozens of dealers. We replaced spreadsheets and messages with one system. The team keeps every vehicle, payment and container in it, and dealers see the same data the moment it changes.
Two sides on one design system in Noah’s navy and gold: an admin panel for the logistics team and a cabinet for dealers. Searchable tables, a six-stage status line on every car and dashboards with stock, receivables and overdue payments at a glance — on desktop and on phones.
Built with .NET 8, ASP.NET Core and PostgreSQL in a layered architecture. Vehicle records with photos and invoices, status history, dealer balances calculated by one rule, Excel export, catalogs of makes, models, auctions, lines and ports, and role-based access for administrators, operators and dealers.
The admin sets shipping rates for every auction, state and city, and dealers price a route themselves in the built-in calculator. A secured public API connects the app to the noah-logistic.com website: a customer types a 17-character VIN and sees the car’s photos, container and shipping status — never any financial or personal data.
Every car from the auction purchase to delivery — VIN, lot, container, line and owner — in one searchable, filterable table with photo previews.
Photos, the six shipping stages, charges, payments and balance for each car. The team moves a car to its next stage in one click.
Each dealer sees only their own cars: how many are on the way, how many are delivered and what is still owed.
The admin sets the price for every auction, state and city. Dealers pick a route in the calculator and see the shipping cost at once.
The vehicle search on noah-logistic.com reads from the app through a secured API: a customer enters a VIN and sees the car’s photos and shipping status.
